Clinical Supervision

Rina is an experienced clinical supervisor and works with both qualified professionals and trainee practitioners from a range of therapeutic and clinical backgrounds. She utilises an integrative approach to supervision and creates a containing and reflective space where the processes within the client relationship can be explored.

There is also space to explore the parallel processes with the practitioner and the impact of the organisational dynamics on the work. This also helps the practitioner to explore their own process so that this positively impacts upon the therapeutic relationship.

The focus is on helping the practitioner to learn and develop their skills as well ensuring ethical practice. Rina offers a limited number of concessionary places for counselling psychologists in training. Please contact her to discuss your supervision requirements further
