Rina does not offer a crisis support service. If you or a loved one is in immediate danger then do contact the relevant emergency services or go to A and E. If you are feeling suicidal, you can also call the Samaritans in the UK via 116123. If you are not in immediate danger, but are worried about your mental health, you can also speak to your GP for more information.
There may be times when it is useful to speak to someone or find out more information. Here are some organisations within the UK which may be of use to you. Please note, that you can also speak to your general practitioner (GP) or key medical professional in charge of your care for more advice on physical health and mental health concerns and they will be able to make the right referrals to the appropriate services. If you have private health insurance, you can also clarify your level of health cover with them.
