Rina is an experienced and confident trainer. Her private practice has worked with many companies and a range of diverse audiences, including several universities, schools and corporate companies. Rina believes that talking about mental health and wellbeing is an integral part of supporting a thriving and successful organisational culture.
She is used to developing and providing bespoke workshops and wellbeing training including staff well-being, mental health awareness, mindfulness and stress management. Rina is a regular contributor to national media and is a confident presenter, having spoken at national emotional wellbeing conferences aimed at a range of professionals. She has created several expert videos on topics around mental health awareness.
She was a part of the national radio coverage, 60 second support series, in conjunction with Heads Together and most recently contributed to written articles for The Daily Mirror, The Guardian and the Times Education supplement and has been a regular “Agony Aunt” for online media platforms, including Female First UK.
